Our company was built from the ground up as a digital business in 1999. Our automation-intensive business model keeps our overhead expenses low and staff requirements small, while still being responsive to our customers and remaining extremely efficient in our internal business processes. We have survived the dot com crash and the great recession, but are now looking for opportunities for future growth. We have limited equity investment opportunities for angel investors that are aligned in our corporate mission.

Since founding the company two decades ago, Gary Wright II (President & Chief Executive Officer) has been mostly focused on Human Rights activism where he was a named plaintiff in a historic class-action lawsuit (Strawser v. Strange) that won LGBT marriage equality in Alabama prior to the Supreme Court's landmark Obergefell decision. He is also a Navy veteran that has been struggling to overcome a muscular disease (myopathy) that has left him permanently disabled in all four limbs. After recovering from multiple surgeries, he is now finally able to walk short distances without a wheelchair and is eager to get "back to business" as soon as possible.

When asked about a future Initial Public Offering (IPO) for the company, Wright explains, "When a company goes public, the focus will always shift from pleasing the customer to pleasing the stockholder. We never want to lose our focus of delivering outstanding customer service. It is our long record of customer service that makes us rise above our competition. Our public competitors should take note, that by taking good care of your customers - your shareholder value will fall right into place!"

So what is the exit plan? Wright elaborates, "We have several business concepts in our incubator, so we'd like to build each of them up for at least a decade, and then look at a merger or acquisition strategy for each of them."

When it comes to expanding the business, Wright stated, "Our business plan keeps us firmly planted in the South, where our employees understand the meaning of Southern Hospitality. We still say 'Yes Sir', 'Yes M'am', and 'Thank You.' In the current age of employee outsourcing, we enjoy having all of our corporate operations, including our call center, based in the United States of America."

What are we looking for in a business partner? Wright is a proud Democratic Socialist, and insists on the company being socially responsible to our customers, our employees, and to the environment. We are looking for partners that not only align with our business interests, but who are also committed to making the world a better place for all of us.

In the 4th Quarter of 2021, the company plans to relocate all of its corporate operations back to Atlanta, GA. Please read about the working environment we want to create for our employees.
